Lingjiang Lock Key
This used to be the intersection of Ruoxi and Lingjiang, and the two small mountains in the distance were like a key, guarding Lingjiang. In the year of Renyin during the reign of Emperor Tongzhi of the Qing Dynasty, Liu Cong, the governor of Taizhou County, started building a seven story tower on the mountain, about 40 meters high, which is now a replica of the ancient pagoda with six corners from the Ming and Qing dynasties.
Xiaoliang Mountain Pagoda: Built in the year of Renyin during the reign of Emperor Tongzhi of the Qing Dynasty, by the prefect of Taizhou, Liu Cong, it has seven floors and is about 40 meters high. It is now a replica of the ancient pagoda with six corners from the Ming and Qing dynasties
Xiaoliangshan Pagoda: Built by Liu’ao (Taizhou Magistrate) in 1902, it has seven storeys and is about 40m in height. Now it’s a hexagonal ancient pagoda imitating the style of the Ming and Qing Dynasties.
