Comprised of Wenjin Courtyard, Deyue Garden and Chengxin House, it combines traditional dwellings of east Zhejiang province with modern elements. Built along the lake and planted with elms, hackberries and yaccas, it is elegant and well-proportioned in its architectural design. The style of classical garden reflects the “culture of scholars and refinement” in the regions south of the Yangtze River.

　　Waterside Folk: Some geese are floating leisurely in Linghu Lake, while some are enjoying the sunshine on its banks. The gentle breeze over the lake nourishes children’s hearts and purifies people’s minds.

　　Wenjin Courtyard: With a total area of 7,200 sqm, it has a floor area of 1,370 sqm. In this three-rowed courtyard,  you can find National Museum of Painting and Calligraphy by Elderly Generals,  Zhang Xiujuan Paper-cut Art Center, Linhai Lacquer Art Gallery and Linghu Culture & Art Center.

　　Deyue Garden: With a total area of 25,700 sqm, it has a floor area of 3084sqm. The traditional way of “digging pond to heap hills” is adopted to keep a balance of yin and yang in the layout of landscape, which reflects the artistic beauty of Jiangnan classic gardens. In the garden, you can find Linhai Intangible Cultural Center, Philharmonic Youth Choir, Zaiwang Bookbar, Tai Chi Research Institute, and Screen Cultural Exhibition and Training Center.

 　　Chengxin House: With a total area of 4,600 sqm, it has a floor area of 604sqm. As a place for artistic creation and communication, it has Sandalwood  Art Museum, and Exhibition Hall of Film and Television Programs.
