Situated in the south of Linhai New Town Center and adjacent to Linhai Avenue, Caojiasi Commercial Street is the main entrance of East Line of Linghu Lake Scenic Spot and also one of the four major tourism service zones around the lake, which are respectively Yangtouhe Harbor District, Lakeside House and Willow Bank Water Street. Meanwhile, it, along with nearby Lakeside Park, Longpanshan Park and Dongshan Island, is also a significant natural scenery node of Linghu Lake Scenic Spot. Caojiasi covers an area of 49,457 square meters and mainly provides cultural, recreational and travelling services.
